     This user agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,  web site. This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of the Site and Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,

Termination of your Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,  account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the service, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd., 's sole discretion and that Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,  shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the service.

     Users may use this site solely for their own personal or internal purposes. Once we provide access to that product, and you provided your payment details, our obligation is completed. Therefore, we cannot prorate or issue refunds for our products. Additionally, the term of, and your continued access to, our products and services are conditional on adherence to our User Agreement and Policies.                                                           

     Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,  shall provide notice to you via email to the email address you provide in your registration information. Such notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after it is sent, or earlier if actually received by you earlier.                                                            

     You and Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,  are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.                                                         

     In the event a dispute arises between you and Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd., , our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly.      Accordingly, you and Dezhou Senhua Import & Export Co., Ltd.,  agree that any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with one of the subsections below or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution and we will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to litigation.
